What is this program about?
Our coding mentor will offer guidance to students who demonstrate a keen interest in coding and wish to take part in the Microsoft Imagine Cup Junior 2024 this year.
Mentorship Program Admission Requirement
Current Beyond Code Academy Students
Have continuously studied with Beyond Code Academy for at least 12 months
Aged between 8 - 18 years old
Mentorship Program Admission Process
Submit the application form (https://emz60dkj.paperform.co/) by 12 Feburary 2024. (*The essay should be written by students)
Ask your Beyond Code Academy instructor to submit the letter of recommendation by 12 Feburary
Selected candidates will be notified by 15 Feburary 2024.
What is Microsoft Imagine Cup Junior 2024?
Imagine Cup Junior is an exciting opportunity for students aged 5-18 years old to learn about technology and how it can be used to solve some of the world’s biggest challenges, while participating in a global student challenge. It’s a great introduction to technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and cybersecurity, and is suitable for all levels, especially beginners. What is this year theme?
For 5-12 years old : Technoloy for Good
For 13 - 18 years old: AI for Good
When will the mentorship start?
15Feburary 2024 - 8 May 2024. Each week you can expect to spend at least 3 hours working on the project and meeting time with mentors.
How does the mentorship program schedule look like?
Our mentors will arrange regular meeting with their group prefered time at least once a week. This can possibly be after-school or weekend.

What is the program fees?
We are providing ten full scholarships to students who exhibit a strong passion for coding and are eager to participate in the competition. In short, it is free!
What if I am not selected, will I still be able to participate in the competion?
Yes, we will be reaching out to all applicants for further arrangement that will help you succeed in the competition.
